Rainbow, the more potent necklace, make it uncomfortable to wear on a continual
basis. If this is the case, wear it only at night. This will place emphasis on
the dream state and may help clarify the meaning of your dreams. If you wear
it both at night and during the day, the dreamtime emphasis won't occur. Another
option is to wear Fluorite Rainbow only during your daily spiritual exercises or
creative visualization sessions. When you first start wearing Fluorite Rainbow, it is best to wear it for only a few hours at a time. Then you may gradually increase this time, based on your comfort.
